Occupational Therapy Sessions
Occupational therapy sessions last 45-60 minutes and occur weekly, biweekly, monthly, or PRN. If cost is an issue, please reach out to discuss financial aid or sliding scale options.

Occupational Therapy Evaluations
Occupational therapy evaluations occur at the initial session, with re-evaluations every 6 months. This testing is used to inform the personalized plan of care, select short and long-term goals, and evaluate progress and effectiveness of treatment. Home modification and safety consultations
OT's are experts in home safety, modifications/accommodations, environmental adaptations, and fall risks. In this meeting, I will evaluate the setup and accessibility of your home through the lens of safety and the patient's specific disability or concern. After a thorough walk-through of the home, I will provide written recommendations to maximize the patient's independence, safety, and efficiency. If cost is an issue, please reach out to discuss financial aid or sliding scale options. If you are an existing patient, this service does not need to be added.

Adaptive equipment consultations
OT's have extensive training in modifying and adapting tools and spaces to increase a patient's independence. In this meeting, I will evaluate tasks with which the patient struggles due to their disability or disease symptoms. Sometimes, extensive therapy is not needed, and a patient simply needs to be introduced to a new tool (think durable medical equipment, adaptive equipment, reachers, built-up handles, anti-tremor utensils, etc). After a meeting, I will provide written links and directions for tool recommendations. If further patient education is needed on how to use a tool once it is purchased, I offer patient training for $100/hour.
